Course Description:
This course will discuss and analyze the fundamental principles and philosophies of the life of Prophet Muhammad. Communication styles, ethics and leadership characterize the personality of Prophet Muhammad. These communication styles were exhibited through various episodes in his social and political life, such as in the military, family and group interactions with Muslims and non-Muslims alike. Apart from examining the rhetoric of the speeches and statements of Prophet Muhammad, This course will also delve into the childhood life, the intrinsic and extrinsic impact of the preaching of Prophet Muhammad to humankind in general. Since his values and moral uprightness  built the foundation of the Muslim religion today, it will be incumbent on the course master to dwell extensively on the ethical principles of the life of the prophet and how that ethical principles have affected inter-human relations worldwide between Muslims and non-Muslims.

Course Objectives:
The objective of this course is to inculcate the principles and philosophies of the life of Prophet Muhammad. Students will be able to understand the fundamental objective of the Islamic religion from the point of view of Prophet Muhammad. They will also be able to deeply understand and appreciate the life, trials and hopes of Prophet Muhammad in seeking peace. The fundamental purpose was to attain peace with the lord, peace with the universe and peace with the people.
